Foundation
We are legally supported and represented by a non-profit public benefit foundation registered in the Netherlands (ANBI Stichting). Our board members are Ruud Koornstra (chairman), Laura Rooseboom (member), Ruurd Priester (treasurer), Donald Pols (member), and Sven Jense (secretary). The board is not compensated for their work as board members.
Climate Cleanup Foundation is a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) – that is an ANBI (Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling) as we are registered under Dutch law. (Check here). Latest financial reports here: 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024. The latest Annual Reports are here: 2023, 2024.

Objective
The purpose of the Foundation is to develop and implement innovative systemic solutions for climate change, in order to restore the balance between ecosystems and people and thus create a safe future and furthermore everything that is related to the above in the broadest sense.
Privacy and GDPR
Climate Cleanup, nor related bodies like Oncra, does not store personal data for other means than for which it was supplied: newsletters, petitions, donations, membership, or investments. Personal data will never be shared with or sold to third parties without explicit written consent.
Private data can at all times be requested or removed. E-mail act {at} climatecleanup.org to request access. Permission to use personal data may at all times be revoked. Data will be stored as long as relevant for the above-mentioned goals, and destroyed when no longer needed.
