Ruurd Priester, board member and co-founder of our Foundation, is inviting land-based removers to test innovations on his 4 hectare site in Scheerwolde, the Netherlands. The site has a rich history of peat production, and later (still!) reed production for thatched roofs and other uses. Innovators who like to test biomass injection, new biochar methods, or other approaches are welcome on the land for testing, as long as synergy with the natural ecosystems is found.
